Housed in the Bozeman Safety Center, Haven’s Legal Advocates provide guidance and support throughout the legal process for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. The legal advocate can provide assistance in obtaining temporary and permanent orders of protection by assisting with the necessary paperwork and by accompanying the victim to their court hearings. The advocates can also provide more comprehensive guidance on obtaining legal counsel, either through Haven or other offices/agencies.
