April is National Volunteer Month and at CASA/GAL of Gallatin County we couldn`t be more proud of and thankful for our volunteers who selflessly give of their time, energy, and most of all hearts to vulnerable children and families. We had an opportunity to share our appreciation with many of the volunteers recently and had a great time playing Trivia and eating amazing food catered by the Fork and Spoon.
April is National Volunteer Month and at CASA/GAL of Gallatin County we couldn`t be more proud of and thankful for our volunteers who selflessly give of their time, energy, and most of all hearts to vulnerable children and families. We had an opportunity to share our appreciation with many of the volunteers recently and had a great time playing Trivia and eating amazing food catered by the Fork and Spoon.

We are so excited to spotlight Kath as one of our amazing advocates!
Kath found CASA/GAL from an ad in the @bozchron and wanted to help children and families in need. She has a true passion for travel and feels that it helps her understand and connect with people better. Kath is a rockstar advocate and is always looking for ways to grow and improve with her advocacy. When asked, “what about the CASA/GAL mission excites you?” Kath excitedly answered, “The opportunity to change someone’s life from downward to upward. Not just the child, but the whole family.”
We would not be the same without volunteers like Kath. Thank you Kath for all you do for our community!

Family Promise of Gallatin Valley is such an important and necessary non-profit in our community. They work to “empower families experiencing housing insecurities to secure a safe, affordable home, a livelihood, and the chance to build a better future for their children.” They offer multiple programs around housing that range from an emergency shelter to prevention/diversion to avoid a shelter.
